In our company, we recognise at senior levels the need to protect everyone’s privacy and personal data, and consider the General Data Protection Regulation as an opportunity to ensure that effective technical and organizational measures are in place, in order to protect the personal data of our contractors, associates, customers, employees and other stakeholders.

SKAMA top management’s commitment is stated in the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy and can be demonstrated through the provision of appropriate resources for the establishment and implementation of effective measures, in order to ensure the appropriate security for personal data. 

Top management also ensures that a systematic review of performance of the programme is conducted on a regular basis, in accordance with the objectives in place and the ongoing process to improve the company’s personal data protection level.

The risks regarding the personal data protection are being recorded and addressed at several levels and for all SKAMA activities.

We encourage all employees and other stakeholders in our business to make sure that they play their part in complying with the GDPR at all times and in delivering our personal data protection objectives.
